- SC, ST, and PwD Categories: This category is granted a five-year relaxation, which enables individuals born on or after August 1, 2000 to be eligible.
- Standard XII/HSC or an equivalent examination must have been successfully completed by candidates in 2023, 2024, or scheduled for 2025.
- For the tenth and twelveth grades, there is no minimum percentage requirement this year.
- A candidate who has completed Class XII prior to 2023 will be ineligible to take the examination.

Process for Selection for IPMAT Indore 2025
The IPMAT Indore 2025 selection process comprises two phases: the Personal Interview and the Aptitude Test.
The Aptitude Test is divided into three sections:
Quantitative Ability (Short Answer), Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice), and Verbal Ability. Four points are awarded for each question. The Quantitative Ability Short Answer section is not subject to negative marking, whereas the Multiple Choice sections incur a negative marking of 1 mark for incorrect responses.
Following the successful completion of the Aptitude Test, candidates who have been shortlisted for the Personal Interview are assessed on their communication skills, confidence, and general awareness. In order to be considered for admission, candidates must exhibit proficiency in both the Aptitude Test and the Personal Interview.
